Были в этом отеле в августе 2025 г приехали во Вьетнам по работе, этот отель выбрал из-за нормального расположения и цена была не завышена в сезон. Отель не плохой, завтрак понравился по меркам Вьетнама. Могу посоветовать для бизнес поездки или отдыха с семьей.

酒店環境舒適，房間整潔寬敞，床品柔軟，睡得好好。服務員態度親切，check-in快捷。早餐選擇多樣，味道不錯。地點便利，附近有好多食肆同景點。唯一小缺點系Wi-Fi有時唔太穩定。整體嚟講，性價比高，下次會再入住！

It's a bad experience. I booked a family suite for 4 people. Upon check in, the reception didn't inform me about the unavailability of family room and gave me a normal room. I check in to the room and found out that there was only a queen bed and a single bed. I went down to check with the reception and was told that their family room had run out. It's impossible to sleep with a family of 4 people with a queen and single bed. I wanted to cancel but was told that there was no refund. The attitude given to me by the reception was terrible too. Unbearable. Later came a manager and talked to me nicely. She tried to solve the problem by giving the room an extra bed and refund me 20000 dong. I agreed and the bed was set up. I took the 20000 dong and tips the manager. It's not about the refund of money. It's the attitude I can't accept. Their bathtub was very dirty. I didn't even use the bathtub. I will not book this hotel anymore.

The hotel room looks run down. The cleanliness is a doubt. The curtains look like they have not been washed for years. And it's directly below the pillow. The aircon positioning is bad. It's directly above the bed, and the air blows directly to our faces. Had to wake up so many times to adjust the temperature. The pillow is like a kids' pillow, so flat and as good as sleeping without a pillow. Though the towels are so called new but stains are spotted. So the hotel hygiene is really a question. Requested for iron, and it came without an ironing board. The condition of the iron was bad, as shown in the picture. You can skip the morning breakfast if you are looking for halal food. You can only eat the bread and fruits from the buffet spread. It's not worth paying the extra. The only pro about it is the amenities. If you are looking for halal food, it's just across the hotel. The Ben Thanh Market is also across the street.

房間乾凈舒適，位置比較方便，早餐還不錯每天有不一樣的水果。浴巾等比較破。酒店前臺會中文，不會英文的交流也完全沒有壓力

房間比較小，不過該有的都有，沙發，桌子，椅子，吹風機等都有。早餐有香蕉，小番茄，米粉，紅薯??，烤肉，麪包，果汁等。前臺服務態度還可以，還幫忙提行李。窗戶很小，還有房間不隔音，有點動靜就能聽到，這邊的水感覺有個不知道什么味，水龍頭出水口不知道什么設計，很特別。價格感覺有點小貴。個人感覺簡單暫時入住還可以，不建議長期住。
